TabTrade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
That last detail tells you something. It means the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.
The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, the breadth is broad.
Platforms
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That should round things out when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Suits beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.
Regulation
This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of how you think about it.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
